Cal - we've been using JackBe since last fall, very neat stuff. We can show you our "Overwatch" effort built with it, very nice and its DJIOC users really like it.
From the experience of a long-time techie - the interface is not intuitive and has a high learning curve for non-tech folks. While DIA may be using it, the general consensus is that it is frustrating in learning and finding functionality.
