Carbonite
I just signed up for Carbonite. For $3.75/mo I can back up 40 gigs over the internet. It installs a client application on Windows/XP which senses when a file has changed and backs it up (in the background) in near real time. Everything is backed up all the time. And once I set the settings, I don't have to worry about it again. That's the kind of user interface I like.
Sure wish they had a Mac version. . . the service from Apple (iDisk) is about $8/mo for only 1 gig.

I like the local/remote solution better than having everything remote. If the site goes away, you'll still have your data. It would be great if there was a special sync directory so that changes would be replicated to any machine with the client.
